Also consider kataifi and grilled foie gras with raisin paste, black grape syrup and ouzo jelly or a grilled beef fillet with potato puree with bergamot, summer truffle sauce and parmesan ice cream. Not only is Selene considered as Santorini's most romantic restaurant, owner George Hatziyianakis gives daylong cooking classes each summer in the creative nature of Greek Cuisine. Dishes featured on the menu include octopus carpaccio on eggplant puree for a starter; oven roasted suckling pig with apple purée or a fresh crusted Aegean codfish for the main course. Follow this with a Greek coffee cream and the evening is complete. Hours: Mid-Apr to mid-Oct daily 7pm-midnight Prices range from $23-$40. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
