Setting beneath the ancient castle walls, Trilogia offers magnificent views while diners enjoy Greek and Mediterranean dishes that use the finest and freshest local ingredients. Select smoked salmon with mustard and dill sauce, "Triogia Beef",Plate of chicken livers, or fish fillet, and finish with ice cream and sour cherry syrup. Trilogia is located at Kassiopi. Dionysos is a family owned restaurant that makes diners feel more like family than visitors while offering traditional Greek dishes. Menu items include kleftico, mousaka, stifado and chicken a la crème, lamb kleftica with pototo wedges keftedes with or without sauce, kolokithia , grilled feta, saganaki (Fried cheese), gavros (fried baby sardines), spanikopitta (spinach pie), tyropitta , and banna cake and ice cream. As the name suggest, Steven's on the Hill sits upon a hillside on the western side of Corfu and offers its guests everything from seafood to pizza. On Thursday nights, the restaurant offers "Greek Night" for one price. Diners can enjoy appetizers, salad for two, choice of main courses and ice cream. They also offer steak nights, pizza nights, and Bar-b-que nights. The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch and late evenings.
