Using WiFi, Cell Phones, and Internet on the Celebrity Summit

You can access the internet on the Celebrity Summit. There is also an internet cafe on the Celebrity Summit.

The Celebrity Summit is WiFi at specified hot spots throughout the ship and in the Internet Cafe. The Celebrity Summit does provide PC's at the Celebrity iLounge on Deck 3. 

There are two internet packages available on all Celebrity Cruise ships, with the exception of Galapagos sailings. For all rates provided, please note that Celebrity Cruises typically offers a discount of up to 10% when you reserve your internet package online prior to your cruise!

Surf Internet Package on the Celebrity Summit:

The Surf Internet Package is perfect for those of us who only want to text, surf the internet, and email. This package does not Voice Over Internet Protocol, so video streaming on YouTube and Netflix, and access to Skype and FaceTime are not possible.

Xcelerate Unlimited Internet Package on the Celebrity Summit:

The Xcelerate Unlimited Internet Package provides high speed internet, and allows for FaceTime and Skype, streaming videos, and faster internet surfing. Rates are:

Celebrity Summit WiFi, Cell Phones, and Internet Tips:

• Internet speed will vary, and will depend upon how many people are accessing WiFi, where your ship is located, and weather conditions.
• Mac OS Users -- download the Firefox web browser before you get on the ship if you plan on accessing the Internet while aboard. We have reports of compatibility issues with the Safari web browser that may prevent you from getting online.
• Please note that Celebrity may change internet prices without advance notification.
• We strongly recommend that you contact your cell phone service provider to assure you have the best rate possible for your cruise. International roaming charges can be quite high!
