• Make certain to book any Salon and Spa menu of services early -- they tend to fill up quickly. Also, be on the lookout for discounts offered for making appointments on the first or second day of the cruise. If you can't make it the day of the discount, or if they are full, ask for an appointment at the discount rate for the following day. It doesn't hurt to ask and more often than not, they will honor the discounted price.
• There will be drawings throughout the cruise for free services. Most of the time, you have to be there at the appointed time to win. It is worth showing up. This is especially true on sunny days in port where drawings may be offered before leaving port. Some people will still be off the ship and enjoying the sights. That will increase your odds of winning.
