The Liberty of the Seas' spa treatments features a nice menu of day spa selections: massages, acupuncture, body wraps, slimming treatments, facial treatments, tooth whitening, steam rooms, and water therapies. The spa is managed by Steiner, the leader in spa management for the majority of the cruise lines.

The salon on the Liberty of the Seas offers hair styling, cutting, coloring, eye brow shaping, waxing, manicures, pedicures & facial treatments.

• Make certain to book any Salon and Spa menu of services early -- they tend to fill up quickly.
• Some services are offered at a discount. Check the Cruise Compass for details, but keep in mind that the reduced price may mean less time is allotted for the service.
• Take some time for you with a hot stone massage.
• If you think a cruise would be a good time to try acupuncture, consider that a potential side effect with the treatment is possible bruising. This probably isn't something you would want to deal with depending on your formal evening attire. That said, many people find that the benefits of acupuncture outweigh any risks of bruising. Bruising is not a major concern, but can happen especially for people with sensitive and thin skin.
