Carnival Valor Main Dining Rooms:
The Washington and Lincoln:
In keeping with the heroic decorative theme, Carnival Valor's main dining rooms celebrate legendary Washington and Lincoln in resplendent 19th century décor.
Menu items include starters such as smoked duck with caramelized oranges, fried mozzarella with mixed greens, chilled cream of peaches, wilted spinach and portabello mushrooms with fresh bacon bits, and cream of sun-ripened tomatoes with a touch of gin. Appetizers also include at least two soups and salads. This is a 'foodie' ship! Chef recommended entrees include farfalle with turkey breast and peas, assorted seafood Neuberg (with black tiger prawns and ocean scallops in lobster sauce over pilaf), and grilled center cut pork chops. Norwegian Salmon, Grilled Chicken Breast, and Flat Iron Steak are among regular menu selections. Dessert include ice cream, sherbet, cheeses, pies, and cakes. Your staff performs musical interludes worth your while.
