Carnival Glory Main Dining Rooms
The Platinum Restaurant:
The Platinum Restaurant on the Carnival Glory is located aft on Lobby Deck Three. Befitting the palette of colors unique to Carnival Glory, this restaurant dining décor includes platinum corbel, muted white gold table cloths, and hints of vermilion in redolent Asian theme. There is ample seating for all, including several tables for two and balcony dining. A small combo sits behind the diminutive dance floor, giving this main dining room space a little romantic spice as well. Menu fare includes a nice variety of cuisine, with appetizers such as shrimp, prosciutto and melons, and smoked salmon. There are hot and cold soups; cream of tomato, funghi selvatici, Gazpacho Andalouse, and strawberry bisque are among your choices. Entrees include delectable pasta dishes composed by the chef, as well as reliable standards such as shrimp, steaks, and chicken. Carnival Glory has a great reputation for its Caesar Salads, with salads in general served to you from a large bowl at your table. The main dining rooms do have a menu of hot desserts. You'll find Chestnut Napoleon, Gran Marnier Souffle, and Lemon Custard with Basil ice cream and Sloe Gin as well as chocolate cake and pies.
The Golden Restaurant:
Mid ship on Lobby Deck Three is the Carnival Glory's Golden Restaurant, splendidly appointed in this hue. The Golden Restaurant is also a Carnival Glory main dining room, and includes the same dining amenities and menu as her sister. Both main dining room menus list calories and fat content, and do offer vegetarian dishes.
With Seuss at Sea, look forward to Flapjacks and Fruit, Goose Juice, Moose Juice- all on the menu for you to choose. -And yes, Sam-I-Am, you'll find Green Eggs and Ham!
