Carnival Freedom Main Dining Rooms: Posh & Chic
The Posh and Chic:
In keeping with the decorative theme, which highlights historical eras past to recent, Carnival Freedom's Posh and Chic Restaurants blend polished marble, painted python skin, and muted sunset shades to create a two tiered pleasure to the eye! Menu items include starters such as fried shrimp, tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, soups and salads. Spiced and grilled chicken breasts, seafood, beef entrees such as Filet Mignon, Penne in Tomato Cream with Vodka, Norwegian Salmon, Roasted Turkey, and Red Snapper Filets pan fried or grilled are among main menu selections. Ice cream, sherbet, cheeses, pies, and cakes are examples of dessert choices. (The Warm Chocolate Melting Cake receives very good reviews by guests.) Your French Chef, Georges Blanc, does suggest signature menu items, and your staff performs entertaining musical interludes. The Posh is aft, and includes more windows than The Chic dining room on the Carnival Freedom. Both are located on Lobby Deck.
With Seuss at Sea, look forward to Flapjacks and Fruit, Goose Juice, Moose Juice- all on the menu for you to choose. -And yes, Sam-I-Am, you'll find Green Eggs and Ham!
