Disney Magic Main Dining Rooms
Disney Cruise Line features a rotational dining program where you enjoy dinner in a different restaurant each night of your cruise. Your waiter moves along with you on each night. Each restaurant has a unique personality, and this innovative program is something that fans of Disney Cruise Line particularly enjoy. The three main restaurants on Disney Magic are Lumiere's, Rapunzel's Royal Table, and the Animator's Palate.
Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 9:30am, and lunch is from 11:30am to 1:30pm -- breakfast and lunch are open seating. Main seating for dinner is from 5:30pm to 6:00pm, and second seating is from 8:00pm to 8:30pm. Given the unique nature of Disney Cruise Line's rotational dining system, they do not offer a flexible dining option where you can show up at any time during the dinner hours.
Lumiere's:
Mid ship on Deck 3, Lumiere's Dining Room on the Disney Magic, adorned in Art Deco, is considered the most elegant of Disney Magic's three main dining rooms. Themed for Beauty and the Beast, this restaurant has a palatial and hence formal feel. Shrimp Medley and Seasonal Melon with Port Wine are examples of starters. Escargot, Cream of Cauliflower Soup, and mixed greens salad are also choices. Main course entrees in Disney Magic's Lumiere's Restaurant include Garlic-roasted Beef Tenderloin, Herb-crusted Sea Bass, Roasted Duck Breast, Braised Lamb Shank, and a special vegetarian selection. Chocolate Mousse Cake, Cherries Jubilee, and Grand Marnier Souffle are among featured desserts.
Rapunzel's Royal Table:
Aft on Deck 3 of the Disney Magic is Rapunzel's Royal Table. This dining experience celebrates Rapunzel's return to her home, the Royal Castle! The King and Queen of Corona invite you to join them in this fantasy castle ballroom. Musicians strike up the music, and Rapunzel and company -to include the Snuggle Duckling Thugs- dance for your enjoyment. At Rapunzel's Royal Table, appetizers include Crisp Isle of Corona Shrimp, the Snuggly Duckling Platter (charcuterie with German Mustard and Pumpernickel), Ahi Tuna Tartarre, and Ravioli "Tiroler" (pulled beef and Portobello Mushrooms in Red Wine/ Thyme reduction with roasted carrots and pearl onions). There are two salads, to include the Maximus (potato salad, cucumber salad, and carrot salad with Lolla Rosa and Baby Oakleaf) and the Romaine Wedge with Hot Smoked Salmon. Potato Soup and Asparagus and Broccoli Soup are also among your options. Main entrees include Tangled Pasta (Angel Hair Pasta with Pesto and Carmelized Sea Scallops), grilled smoked pork loin, Prime Rib, Pan Seared Sea Bass, and roast chicken with lemon and thyme. Spinach, Zucchini, Eggplant, and Ricotta Filled Potato Crepes and Chili Spiced Tofu Ramen exemplify vegetarian options. For lighter fare, choices include grilled sirloin, roasted chicken breast, baked salmon, and Lobster Salad. Desserts are the Gothel Blackforest Tower (chocolate cake with cherry compote and chocolate creme), Frybread, Sundaes, Creme Brulee Cheesecake, and Apple Strudel.
Animator's Palate:
The Animator's Palate on Disney Magic is aft on Deck 4. Disney characters come alive in color over the course of your first dinner rotation to this restaurant! Appetizers include Duck & Goats Cheese Flat Bread, Smoked Salmon, Lobster & Shrimp Wrappers, Gazpacho, and Caesar Salad. Cheese Cannelloni, Pan Fried Veal Chops, and Maple Glazed Salmon exemplify main entrees. For dessert in the Disney Magic's Animator's Palate, there's strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake, Boston Cream Pie, or New York Cheesecake.

If you do not receive your dinner requests, there is a place and time using your Personal Navigator in which you can make changes on Embarkation Day once aboard your ship. If traveling with a group, have your reservations linked by Disney so you are all seated at the same table.
