Carnival Pride Main Dining Rooms

The Normandie Restaurant

CCL_Food_dessert2The Normandie Restaurant on the Carnival Pride is the main dining room, is appointed in art deco decor, with two tiers of crystal, deep maroon, painted ceilings, and gold railing.

Chicken, seafood, and beef entrees, as well as international features are available, and the varying menu selections also include low carb, low fat, low sodium Carnival Spa choices. Appetizers such as Black Tiger Shrimp Cocktail, Cured Salmon, soups and salads, and a selection of desserts in addition to ice cream and sherbet are also on your menu. The Carnival Pride's Normandie dining room is located aft on Promenade Deck.

With Seuss at Sea, look forward to Flapjacks and Fruit, Goose Juice, Moose Juice- all on the menu for you to choose. -And yes, Sam-I-Am, you'll find Green Eggs and Ham!

Breakfast is served from 7:45am to 9:00am. Lunch is from noon to 1:30pm. Early dinner time seating ranges from 5:45pm to 6:15pm, and late dinner time seating is from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.

Tips for the main dining room on the Carnival Pride:

  • Breakfast is served from 7:45am to 9:00am.
  • Lunch is from noon to 1:30pm.
  • Early dinner time seating ranges from 5:45pm to 6:15pm, and late dinner time seating is from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.
  • Reservations for dinner are anticipated.
  • For breakfast and lunch, casual clothing is OK but no swim wear is permitted.
  • Appropriate attire is a must for dinner.
  • Meals are no cost, but special beverages, wines, beer, and soft drinks may be purchased via current bar menu.
  • When ordering steaks, make sure you state your preferences as the kitchen staff tend to over-cook meat.
  • While the main dining room of the Carnival Pride offers meals with fair reviews, David's Supper Club is considered to be the dining highlight of the cruise and we highly suggest you plan at least one evening to include this experience.

Carnival Cruises Your Time Dining

Throughout your Carnival Pride cruise, you'll be able to savor cuisine as you wish on your time! From 5:45pm to 9:30pm, both main dining rooms provide first come, first serve seating. Wait time is usually 20 minutes, and parties of ten plus may be accommodated at different tables. All tips / the tipping policy for the main dining room does apply.
