Caribbean Princess Main Dining Rooms
The Island and Coral Dining Rooms:
The Island Dining Room is located aft on Plaza Deck (Deck 5), and the Coral Dining Room is situated mid ship on Fiesta Deck (Deck 6). One of these dining rooms provides lunch on sea days, as well as breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. It should be noted that both of these dining rooms are open for Anytime diners for supper. Anytime dining typically begins at 7:30 PM, after traditional early dining guests have been seated (beginning at 5:30 PM). Late traditional dining begins at 8:00 PM.
For breakfast, your menu will feature basics that are basic options every day, as well as a rotating menu. Basics include continental fare, egg dishes, pancakes and smoked salmon with bagels. Eggs Benedict, grilled minute steak with eggs, and smoked haddock with potatoes exemplify entrees on the rotating menu.
For lunch on sea days, expect brunch entrees, salads, soups, burgers, grilled chicken, and fried perch. Cobblers, ice cream, and bread pudding exemplify dessert options.
From 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Afternoon Tea consists of pastries, finger sandwiches, cookies, and (of course) a selection of teas.
The supper menu always features Princess Favorites, such as grilled salmon, a beef burger, chicken, and standard appetizers that include Caesar Salad and shrimp cocktail. The rotating menu might include lobster, veal scallopini, Beef Wellington, shrimp in cream sauce, and pot roast. Features, "Crafted by Curtis Stone," are occasionally on the rotating menu. These favorites by Chef Stone include Chilean Sea Bass, and chicken and leek pie.
The Palm Dining Room:
The Palm is reserved for suite guests and Club mini-suites. This dining room, located aft on Fiesta Deck (Deck 6), offers reserved seating only (5:45 PM and 8:00 PM). The menus at the Palm are the same as they are for the Island and Coral main dining rooms.
