Carnival Triumph's Fitness Center, Jogging Track, Yoga, and Aerobics

Carnival_joggingThe Carnival Triumph's jogging track and gymnasium are both located on Deck 11 -- the Spa Deck. For fitness fans, the Carnival Triumph's gym features weight training machines, stationary bicycles, treadmills, and free weights. You'll have great views as you work out as most equipment faces an expanse of windows! Access to the workout facilities is at no extra charge, but you do have the option to hire a personal trainer for a fee.

Access to the jogging track is via a stairway from Deck 10 and the gymnasium is accessed via the Spa Carnival front desk. Ten laps on the jogging tracks equal one mile. There is a hallway on the left and right side of the Spa Carnival check-in that leads to the Men's and Women's locker and shower area before entering the gym area itself. Access to both Carnival Triumph workout facilities is included with the cost of the cruise. There are men's and women's locker rooms and showers you may use in the Spa Carnival facility.

Carnival Triumph Aerobics and Yoga

Aerobics and yoga classes are available on the Carnival Triumph for a modest fee -- check the Fun Times or with the Spa Carnival front desk for scheduling information.
