Carnival Freedom Children's / Teens' Programs & Babysitting
Carnival Cruises boasts one of the premiere kids' programs in the industry! From interactive rhyming sing along times to special showings of movies including THE CAT IN THE HAT at the Seaside Theater, Carnival Cruises' Seuss at Sea will delight children of any age. Seuss Bookville story times, conga dances down the Promenade with the Cat in the Hat and other Seuss characters, and Seuss inspired art, crafts, and toys are all part of the fun for your child on your Carnival Cruise!
Youth groups on Carnival Freedom are divided based on age. Club O2, located mid ship on Atlantic Deck (Deck 4), is the meeting place for ages 15-17. Circle "C", located aft of the Montecello Library on Atlantic Deck (Deck 4), provides activities for the 12-14 crowd. Camp Ocean's Child Development Center takes excellent care of the youngsters with age appropriate divisions. Located forward on Sun Deck (Deck 12), Penguins (ages 2-5), Stingrays (ages 6-8), and Sharks (ages 9-11) each boast their very own Camp Director and dedicated space. Age appropriate planned activities are provided throughout the cruise. Camp Ocean also includes a multitude of ocean themed activities!
For the two to five year old set, Zumbini is glorious fun! Zumba and Babies First created this experience of activities, Zumbini music, dancing, and more! A free thirty minute Zumbini class is available on all cruises. For cruises six days and longer, a Family Zumbini class is offered!
During daytime hours, the kids' programs, including child care, are free. There are late night babysitting services (no babysitting in the cabins) that come with an extra charge. There are also slumber parties, and you can leave your kids in the program while the ship is in port so you can go ashore.
Carnival Freedom Children's / Teens' Programs Tips:
-
Club O2 Fun Times and Circle"C" Capers are handed out by their respective Directors.
-
