Deck-by-Deck Breakdown of the Best and Worst Cabins on the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas

Deck 3

***CruiseAdvice.org Warning ***
Many cabins on this deck with potential problems.

Deck 3 on the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas deserves some tactical thought before reserving a cabin if noise concerns you. While it is possible to find a more quiet cabin on this deck, it's important to keep in mind the fact that the Music Hall is directly above and across from some cabins, and the casino is also located on this deck.

  • Forward cabins 3146-3152, 3546-3552, and interior staterooms 3149 and 3549 are under The Royal Theater. Noise from the theater could be a concern during rehearsals, performance times, and when staff are cleaning before and after performances. We do recommend that light sleepers locate a cabin away from this area.
  • Cabins 3152-3158 port side and 3552-3558 starboard are underneath public bathrooms. There could be noise from these bathrooms especially before and after performances in The Royal Theater.
  • 3158, 3162, 3558, and 3562 each share a wall with staff storage areas. Noise might be noticeable when staff are using these areas.
  • The cabins voted "Most Likely to Succeed" in terms of least amount of noise on this deck are 3228-3234, 3244-3250, and 3644-3650.
  • Cabins 3168-3196 and 3566-3586 are near one floor of The Music Hall, where "rocking" concerts and stage performances occur. We do not recommend this area for light sleepers.
  • Staterooms in the range of 3200-3224 port side are across from the casino, where noise could emanate very late into the evening. Starboard, 3588-3688 are across from public venues to include the casino and public bathrooms.
  • Cabins 3252 and 3652 each share a wall with the main dining areas (respectively The Grande and Chic). Noise could be a concern when these restaurants are open, and when staff are busy cleaning before and after breakfast, lunch, and supper.
  • We are not suggesting the cabins on this deck should be completely avoided, but some of the worst cabins aboard the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas are on Deck 3 because of the public areas above and across the halls from staterooms. If you are light sleeper, you may prefer to find a cabin elsewhere on this deck, bring earplugs, or invest in a wave machine (a sound device available at a specialty retailer like Brookstone -- produces pleasant sounds that can wipe out the unpleasant sounds).

Deck 6

***CruiseAdvice.org Warning ***
Many cabins on this deck with potential problems.

Along this entire deck, you should be aware that a main drag of the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas run below your cabin, including the Royal Esplanade, busy bars, specialty restaurants, The Royal Theater, Two70, and shops.

  • Forward, exterior cabins 6118-6128 and 6518-6528 are covered by a metal overhang. 6118-6152 port side and 6518-6552 are over the theater, from which noise could emanate during performances and before and after performance times when staff are cleaning.
  • Balcony staterooms 6160-6166 port side and 6560-6566 starboard are directly across from the elevators. While this might be a perk, the elevator areas, especially during times of peak traffic, also represent a noise source.
  • 6162 and 6562 have balconies that are almost triangular in shape. These balconies are slightly larger, and will not have forward views.
  • Balcony staterooms 6194 through 6220 are above the Bionic Bar Area, which could be a noise source for these cabins late at night. Please note, however, that most noise complaints are from persons in cabins below -not above- such venues.
  • Studio Interior Staterooms 6230 and 6630 each offer 166 sq. ft. While each of these cabins is adjacent to a Junior Suite, the other two walls are open to possible noise from the public. Also, each of these cabins has a third wall right by a staff storage area.
  • Junior Suites 6232 and 6632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for 6232 and 6632 are unusually shaped and are angled forward. These Junior Suites are across the hall from the stairwells, from which noise could be an issue.
  • 6234 and 6634 are Superior Grand Suites that are mid ship and respectively located port side and starboard. While both of these cabins are near the stairwells, each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. These are the most spacious cabins with the largest balconies on Deck 6 of the Anthem of the Seas.
  • There are eight Spa Junior Suites on Deck 6 of the Anthem of the Seas. Each offers 267 sq. ft. with an 81 sq. ft. balcony. These are 6236-6242 port side and 6636-6642 starboard. All of these suites are across the halls from elevators and stairwells, so noise could be an issue during times of peak traffic.
  • Balcony staterooms ranging from 6244-6308 port side and 6644-6708 starboard are well situated for cruising on the Anthem of the Seas because of cabin decks above and relatively quiet public venues beneath.

Deck 7

Deck 7 on the Anthem of the Seas, for port side and starboard exterior cabins, has the advantage of cabin decks above and below. This is typically best case, because those cabin decks tend to buffer noise from public venues. Because Interior Staterooms on Deck 7 do not have cabins beneath them, we do not recommend them on this deck of the Anthem of the Seas.

  • Forward, 7110, 7112, and 7114 port side and 7510, 7512, and 7514 are all Category DO Balcony Staterooms. Each of these will have a "hull balcony," which means each is enclosed in a metal hull. While this can be protection from the elements, views from these balconies will be partially obstructed. Also, the metal "lip" in front of these balconies will hamper views looking down.
  • Balcony staterooms ranging from 7116-7128 port side and 7516-7528 starboard each have a metal "lip" that does extend out. Views looking down from these balconies will include seeing that metal as well as balconies of cabins below.
  • Interior Staterooms 7119-7143 port side and 7513-7545 starboard have no cabins beneath them to buffer noise from public areas. With the Royal Theater two decks below, there could be noise issues in these cabins during rehearsals and performances. These cabins are not recommended for light sleepers.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas, balcony staterooms ranging from 7154-7166 port side and 7554-7566 starboard are across the hall from the forward stairwell/elevator area. While this might come in handy for accessibility, noise during times of high traffic is a possibility.
  • Balcony staterooms ranging from 7168-7228 port side and 7568-7628 starboard are well situated for cruising on the Anthem of the Seas. These staterooms are between cabin decks and not too close to areas where there can be high public traffic.
  • Junior Suites 7232 and 7632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 7230 and 7630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in the most luxurious area on Deck 7. However, both of these cabins have three walls that are not next to other staterooms, so there could be noise issues from public areas.
  • Superior Grand Suites, 7234 and 7634, each offer 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. These are the most spacious suites on Deck 7. Both, however, are across the hall from stairwells from which noise might be an occasional concern.
  • There are eight Spa Junior Suites on Deck 7 of the Anthem of the Seas. Each offers 267 sq. ft. with an 81 sq. ft. balcony. These are 7236-7242 port side and 7636-7642 starboard. All of these suites are across the halls from elevators and stairwells, so noise could be an issue during times of peak traffic.
  • Balcony staterooms ranging from 7244-7310 port side and 7644-7710 starboard are well situated for cruising on the Anthem of the Seas because cabin decks above and beneath these cabins insulate them from noise from public venues.
  • There are a series of inside cabins aft on Deck 7 of the Anthem of the Seas that have the library area beneath, but noise from Two70 might still be an issue at night. These are 7312-7318 port side, 7712-7718 starboard, and 7711, 7709, 7315, 7715, and 7717. Unique to this group is 7713 because it shares no walls with other cabins.

Deck 8

***CruiseAdvice.org Favorite Deck ***
Several cabins are highly rated by our cruise experts!

Deck 8 is a wonderful place to reserve a cabin because it is among the more quiet decks. The cabins above and beneath provide a nice buffer from the noise generated from public areas on the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas. This deck is also a great deck for Interior Staterooms. If you are seeking the best category of suites on the Anthem of the Seas, you will find these on Deck 8 as well!

  • Forward on Deck 8, 8110 and 8510 are Superior Ocean View Staterooms. Each of these offers 302 sq. ft., and each will have a beautiful forward view readily seen in an alcove with a window seat.
  • 8102-8108 and 8500-8508 are also Ocean View Staterooms that are also located forward on Deck 8 of the Anthem of the Seas. These staterooms each provide 214 sq. ft. of living space.
  • Balcony staterooms 8112 and 8114 port side and 8512 and 8514 starboard have balconies that are in the metal hull. This will afford some protection from the elements, but it will also obstruct views from these balconies.
  • Balcony staterooms that are NOT across the hall from staff service areas and elevators/stairwells are as follows. port side, we suggest 8120-8142, 8174-8186, 8262-8280, and 8302-8318. Starboard, we suggest 8512-8542, 8574-8586, 8662-8680, and 8702-8718. While we can never guarantee that it will be completely quiet in any cabin, the balcony cabins in these ranges are best situated to avoid noise.
  • 8618 received positive guest reviews.
  • The best located Interior Staterooms on Deck 8 of the Anthem of the Seas are 8121-8139, 8511-8539, 8313, 8311, 8711, and 8713.
  • Junior Suites 8232 and 8632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 8230 and 8630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in a luxurious area on Deck 8.
  • 8234-8242 port side and 8634-8642 starboard are Grand Suites. While these cabins are near the stairwells, each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony.
  • Aft on Deck 8 of the Anthem of the Seas, luxurious suites abound. 8722 is a Sky Loft Suite, which will have 740 sq. ft. with a 183 sq. ft. balcony. 8324 and 8724 are Grand Loft Suites, each of which will afford 795 sq. ft. with 216 sq. ft. balconies. The Owner Loft Suite, 8720, will provide 975 sq. ft. with a 501 sq. ft. balcony. Ultimate luxury on Deck 8 is 8320, which is a Royal Loft Suite. 8320 commands 1640 sq. ft. with a 613 sq. ft. balcony. The aft views from all of these suites are amazing!

Deck 9

***CruiseAdvice.org Favorite Deck ***
Several cabins are highly rated by our cruise experts!

On Deck 9 of the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas, you will find a wonderful selection of staterooms that include some of the more spacious cabins and suites available on this ship. Once again, the cabins above and beneath you make this a more quiet deck!

  • Forward on Deck 9, 9110 and 9510 are Superior Ocean View Staterooms. Each of these offers 302 sq. ft., and each will have a beautiful forward view readily seen in an alcove with a window seat.
  • 9102-9108 and 9500-9508 are also Ocean View Staterooms that are also located forward on Deck 9 of the Anthem of the Seas. These staterooms each provide 214 sq. ft. of living space.
  • Balcony staterooms that are NOT across the hall from staff service areas and elevators/stairwells are as follows. port side, we suggest 9122-9142, 9170-9188, 9226, 9228, 9262-9282, and 9302-9318. Starboard, we suggest 9514-9544, 9570-9588, 9626, 9628, 9662-9682, and 9702-9718. While we can never guarantee that it will be completely quiet in any cabin, the balcony cabins in these ranges are best situated to avoid noise.
  • The best located Interior Stateroom with a Virtual Balcony is 9319, but this stateroom category from 9303-9717 are all good choices and are located aft near the luxury suites on Deck 9 of the Anthem of the Seas. Please note that we do not recommend 9233 or 9633 because there is very little to buffer noise for these two mid ship cabins.
  • Interior Staterooms that should be avoided by light sleepers are 9121, 9141, 9543, 9187, 9225, 9231, 9261, and 9281.
  • Mid ship, Junior Suites 9232 and 9632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas, 9230 and 9630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in a luxurious area on Deck 9.
  • 9234 port side and 9634 starboard are Royal Family Suites. While these cabins are near the mid ship stairwells, each has 543 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. These Family Suites, which have one private bedroom in addition to a sitting area and another twin bed/Royal King bed, tend to be reserved very quickly. We therefore recommend that you reserve your Royal Family Suite as soon as you can.
  • Four Spa Junior Suites, 9236 and 9238 port side and 9636 and 9638 starboard, are also mid ship. Each offers 267 sq. ft. and an 81 sq. ft. balcony. Because these are nearby the elevators on Deck 9 of the Anthem of the Seas, we cannot rule out noise from heavy public traffic.
  • Mid ship, just aft of the Spa Junior Suites, are two Grand Suites. These are 9242 port side and 9642 starboard, and each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Again, these are across the hall from the elevators; this can be a handy location, but noise from the elevator area could be an issue.
  • Aft on Deck 9 of the Anthem of the Seas, luxurious suites abound. 9722 is a Sky Loft Suite, which will have 740 sq. ft. with a 183 sq. ft. balcony. 9324 and 9724 are Grand Loft Suites, each of which will afford 795 sq. ft. with 216 sq. ft. balconies. The Owner Loft Suite, 9720, will provide 975 sq. ft. with a 501 sq. ft. balcony. Ultimate luxury on Deck 9 is 9320, which is a Royal Loft Suite. 9320 commands 1640 sq. ft. with a 613 sq. ft. balcony. The aft views from all of these suites are amazing!

Deck 10

***CruiseAdvice.org Favorite Deck ***
Several cabins are highly rated by our cruise experts!

Deck 10 is, in our opinion, another great deck for finding a well situated balcony stateroom or suite. While we do not recommend all of the interior staterooms on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas, there are some inside cabins on this deck that will be wise choices.

  • Forward on Deck 10, 10110 and 10510 are Superior Ocean View Staterooms. Each of these offers 302 sq. ft., and each will have a beautiful forward view readily seen in an alcove with a window seat.
  • 10102-10108 and 10500-10508 are also Ocean View Staterooms that are also located forward on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas. These staterooms each provide 214 sq. ft. of living space.
  • Balcony staterooms that are NOT across the hall from staff service areas and elevators/stairwells are as follows. port side, we suggest 10122-10144, 10170-10188, 10226, 10228, 10260-10282, and 10302-10318. Starboard, we suggest 10518-10546, 10570-10588, 10626, 10628, 10660-10682, and 10702-10718. While we can never guarantee that it will be completely quiet in any cabin, the balcony cabins in these ranges are best situated to avoid noise.
  • The Interior Staterooms that we recommend in the forward section of Deck 10 on the Anthem of the Seas are 10121, 10123, and 10517-10523. The rest of the inside cabins in this section are beneath Adventure Ocean and a staff service area; there could thus be noise issues in these cabins (10125-10143 and 10525-10545).
  • Moving mid ship to aft on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas, other prudent choices for more quiet Interior Staterooms include 10173-10185, 10207-10221, 10263-10279, 10309-10709, 10227, and 10229.
  • The best located Interior Staterooms are 10313, 10311, 10711, and 10713 because these are located aft near the luxury suites on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas. Please note that we do not recommend 10233 or 10633 because there is very little to buffer noise for these two mid ship cabins.
  • Mid ship, Junior Suites 10232 and 10632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 10230 and 10630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in a luxurious area on Deck 10.
  • Located mid ship on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas, there are 16 Family Junior Suites (10204-10224 port side and 10604-10624 starboard). Each of these provides 301 sq. ft. with an 81 sq. ft. balcony, so there is more space to accommodate up to five guests. Family Suites are very popular, so we do suggest that these are reserved as early as possible.
  • 10234 port side and 10634 starboard are Royal Family Suites. While these cabins are near the mid ship stairwells, each has 543 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. These Family Suites, which have one private bedroom in addition to a sitting area and another twin bed/Royal King bed, tend to be reserved very quickly. Again, we do recommend that you reserve your Royal Family Suite as soon as you can.
  • Four Spa Junior Suites, 10236 and 10238 port side and 10636 and 10638 starboard, are also mid ship.
These are 10242 port side and 10642 starboard, and each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Again, these are across the hall from the elevators; this can be a handy location, but noise from the elevator area could be an issue.
  • Aft on Deck 10 of the Anthem of the Seas, six luxury suites. 10322 and 10722 are Sky Loft Suites, and each will have 740 sq. ft. with a 183 sq. ft. balcony. 10320, 10324, 10724, and 10720 are Grand Loft Suites, each of which will afford 795 sq. ft. with 216 sq. ft. balconies. The aft views from all of these suites are amazing!

Deck 11

***CruiseAdvice.org Favorite Deck ***
Several cabins are highly rated by our cruise experts!

Deck 11 is, in our opinion, another great deck for finding a well situated balcony stateroom or suite. While we do not recommend all of the interior staterooms on Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas, there are some inside cabins on this deck that will be wise choices.

  • Forward on Deck 11, 11110 and 11510 are Superior Ocean View Staterooms. Each of these offers 302 sq. ft., and each will have a beautiful forward view readily seen in an alcove with a window seat.
  • 11102-11108 and 11500-11508 are also Ocean View Staterooms that are also located forward on Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas. These staterooms each provide 214 sq. ft. of living space.
  • Balcony staterooms that are NOT across the hall from staff service areas, Adventure Ocean, and elevators/stairwells are as follows. port side, we suggest 11122-11126, 11172-11188, 11202-11220, 11226, 11228, 11262-11282, and 11308-11318.Starboard, we suggest 11518-11526, 11572-11588, 11602-11620, 11626, 11628, 11662-11682, and 11702-11718. While we can never guarantee that it will be completely quiet in any cabin, the balcony cabins in these ranges are best situated to avoid noise.
  • For those who want to be near the pitter patter of little feet, balcony staterooms ranging 11130-11152 port side and 11530-11550 starboard are across the hall from Adventure Ocean on Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas.
  • We do not recommend Interior Staterooms in the most forward section of Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas for those who are looking for a quiet cabin due to their location beneath Adventure Ocean on Deck 12. This recommendation affects 11121-11127 and 11517-11525.
  • Interior Staterooms that are recommended are 11173-11185, 11207-11221, 11227, 11229, and 11263-11279.
  • The best located Interior Staterooms with a Virtual Balconies are 11701, 11703, 11309, 11709, 11711, 11317, 11315, 11715, and 11717. These cabins are all situated in the aft section of Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas. Please note that we do not recommend 11233 or 11633 because there is very little to buffer noise for these two mid ship cabins.
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 11230 and 11630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in an upscale area on Deck 11.
  • Mid ship, Junior Suites 11232 and 11632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • Two Owner's Suites, 11234 port side and 11634 starboard, are located just aft of the mid ship Junior Suites on Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas. The Owner's Suite will provide 541 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Because these are near the stairwells, there could be concerns with noise.
  • Four Spa Junior Suites, 11236 and 11238 port side and 11636 and 11638 starboard, are also mid ship.
These are 11242 port side and 11642 starboard, and each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Again, these are across the hall from the elevators; this can be a handy location, but noise from the elevator area could be an issue.
  • Aft on Deck 11 of the Anthem of the Seas, six luxury suites. 11322 and 11722 are Sky Loft Suites, and each will have 740 sq. ft. with a 183 sq. ft. balcony. 11320, 11324, 11724, and 11720 are Grand Loft Suites, each of which will afford 795 sq. ft. with 216 sq. ft. balconies. The aft views from the balconies of all of these suites are awesome! Please note that the Concierge Club is located directly above these suites, however.

Deck 12

***CruiseAdvice.org Favorite Deck ***
Several cabins are highly rated by our cruise experts!

Deck 12 is, in our opinion, the last great deck for finding a well situated balcony stateroom or suite. There are a nice variety of balcony staterooms and a few suites on this deck on the Anthem of the Seas, where you will have the added advantage of a cabin deck above to buffer noise from Deck 14, which is the pool and buffet deck.

  • Balcony staterooms boasting larger than standard balconies are 12162, 12170, 12248, 12250, 12260, 12262, 12288, and 12290 port side and 12562, 12570, 12648, 12650, 12660, 12662, 12688, and 12690 starboard.
  • Balcony staterooms 12154-12168 port side and 12552-12568 starboard are across the halls from the elevators and stairwells. While noise could be an issue when the elevators are busy, this location can be handy!
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 12230 and 12630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in an upscale area on Deck 12.
  • Mid ship, Junior Suites 12232 and 12632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • Four Owner's Suites, 12234 and 12238 port side and 12634 and 12638 starboard, are located just aft of the mid ship Junior Suites on Deck 12 of the Anthem of the Seas. The Owner's Suite will provide 541 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Because these are near the stairwells, there could be concerns with noise.
  • Mid ship, just aft of the Owner's Suites, are four Grand Suites. These are 12242 and 12246 port side and 12642 and 12646 starboard, and each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Again, these are across the hall from the elevators; this can be a handy location, but noise from the elevator area could be an issue.
  • Well situated balcony staterooms on Deck 12 of the Anthem of the Seas are 12174-12186, 12204-12220, 12228, 12262-12278, and 12302-12316 port side and 12574-12586, 12604-12620, 12628, 12662-12684, and 12702-12716 starboard.

Deck 13

***CruiseAdvice.org Warning ***
Many cabins on this deck with potential problems.

It's important to note that all of the staterooms and suites on Deck 13 of the Anthem of the Seas are beneath public venues that include the pools and buffet areas, the Solarium Bistro, Johnny Rockets, and the H2O Zone. Consequently, we do not recommend most of the cabins on Deck 13 for light sleepers. On the other hand, if you like the idea of being just one deck away from the pools and Windjammer Marketplace, and noise is not an issue for you, Deck 13 might be your preference.

  • Forward on Deck 13 of the Anthem of the Seas, 13129-13141 port side and 13529-13543 starboard are Interior Virtual Balcony Staterooms. Each of these cabins will offer 166 sq. ft. However, please note that these cabins have Adventure Ocean on Deck 12 beneath them and the Solarium Bistro and galley area above them.
  • There are two sections of balcony staterooms that are in indented sections of Deck 13 on the Anthem of the Seas. Because of these locations, the balconies are sheltered by a metal overhang. If you are looking for a shaded balcony, we suggest 13174-13228 and 13264-13286 port side and 13574-13628 and 13664-13686 starboard.
  • Unshaded balcony staterooms, moving forward to aft on Deck 13, are 13118-13160 and 13292-13318 port side and 13518-13560 and 13692-13718 starboard. 13318 and 13718 are most aft, and both share walls with the Conference Center.
  • Balcony staterooms boasting larger than standard balconies are 13162, 13170, 13248, 13250, 13260, 13262, 13288, and 13290 port side and 13562, 13570, 13648, 13650, 13660, 13662, 13688, and 13690 starboard.
  • Balcony staterooms 13154-13168 port side and 13552-13568 starboard are across the halls from the elevators and stairwells. While noise could be an issue when the elevators are busy, this location can be handy!
  • On the Anthem of the Seas 13230 and 13630 are Studio Interior Staterooms. Each will offer 166 sq. ft., and each is next to a Junior Suite and in an upscale area on Deck 13.
  • Mid ship, Junior Suites 13232 and 13632 each offer 276 sq. ft. with a 161 sq. ft. balcony. The balconies for these suites, while larger than those for balcony cabins, are angled forward. Also, both suites are near the stairwells from which noise could be an issue.
  • Mid ship, just aft of the Junior Suites, are two Superior Grand Suites. These are 13234 port side and 13634 starboard, and each has 351 sq. ft. with a 259 sq. ft. balcony. Again, these are across the hall from the elevators; this can be a handy location, but noise from the elevator area could be an issue.
  • Aft of the Superior Grand Suites, there are eight Spa Junior Suites. Each of these offers 267 sq. ft. with an 81 sq. ft. balcony. These are 13236-13242 port side and 13636-13642 starboard. All of these Spa Junior Suites are across the halls from the elevators, so noise could be an issue during times of peak traffic.
