Alternative Dining Onboard the Carnival Breeze- Fahrenheit 555, Cucina del Capitano, Chef's Table, and Bonsai Sushi

Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse:

When you're looking for that perfect steak, or desire succulent seafood in a setting that exudes subtle elegance, consider reservations at the Fahrenheit 555! Located aft on Promenade Deck (Deck 5), you can expect an exceptional experience and a top-notch menu that includes USDA prime aged porterhouse up to 24 oz., NY strip, filet mignon cuts, prime rib, lamb chops, veal chops, chicken, seafood, and lobster. The wine list at the restaurant will be is the best you will find on your Carnival Breeze cruise. There's a $35 per person charge for this dining experience!

Cucina del Capitano:

Named in honor of Carnival's many captains who are from Italy, Cucina del Capitano offers an array of Italian specilaty dishes, pastas, and risottos served in traditional family style manner! Cost is $5 for children up to 11 years of age, and $15 per person. The Cucina del Capitano is located aft on Deck 11 of the Carnival Breeze.

Chef's Table:

Designed for those of us who truly delight in the culinary arts, Chef's Table offers you and 11 fellow gourmands a cocktail reception, a tour of the galley kitchen, and a multiple entrees that will make you feel as though you have entered epicurean heaven. Your meal will be prepared by one of the Carnival Master Chefs! This dining adventure can cost $95 per person. 

Bonsai Sushi:

The Bonsai Sushi is a popular dining venue on the Carnival Breeze. This restaurant boasts a nice selection of sushi and sashimi, with pieces starting at 1.50 USD. Sushi and sashimi rolls, Shrimp Tempura, and noodle bowls start at around 7.00 USD. Sushi and sashimi prepared as a meal is 15 USD, and 22 USD per couple. Located on Promenade Deck (Deck 5), Bonsai Sushi is open for supper on a daily basis, and is open for lunch on sea days.

Tips for Carnival Breeze's Supper Club:

• Reservations for alternative restaurants are a must! We strongly suggest that you book your reservations when you complete your online check-in process before leaving for your cruise whenever possible. Should you make reservations when you arrive on ship, it's suggested you do so promptly.
• For Chef's Table, booking your reservations as early as you can is best case.
• There is no smoking in the alternative dining restaurants.
• The 35 dollar fee per diner for the Prime Steakhouse does include gratuity.
• How much should I tip at the alternative dining restaurants on the Carnival Breeze? First, bear in mind that all alcoholic beverages that you pay for will have a gratuity added. The cover charge does include gratuity, however, you may wish to consider giving an extra gratuity to the waiter or waitress who has served you. An appropriate amount is to estimate the value of the meal you ordered if you ordered it on land and tip 15-20% based on that cost. If you feel that the value of the meal was $50 were you to order it in a land-based restaurant, you should tip $7.50-$10. It is certainly your discretion not to tip, but, the waiters serving you are some of the best on the ship and should be rewarded if they provided you with an exceptional dining experience.
