The Celebrity Silhouettes "AquaSpa" offers a wide array of day spa selections for your enjoyment: massages, acupuncture, body wraps, slimming treatments, facial treatments, tooth whitening, steam rooms & water therapies. The spa is managed by Steiner, who is the leader in spa management for the majority of the cruise lines. You should check onboard for the current list of services being offered on your cruise. Of particular interest are the Persian Garden private sauna area (with New Age music piped in for ultimate relaxation), the couples massage room, and a dry float bed (used in body wraps).

Celebrity Silhouette Salon

The Salon onboard the Celebrity Silhouette offers hairstyling, cutting, coloring, eyebrow shaping, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and facial treatments. The AquaSpa and the Salon are located on the Resort Deck (Deck 12).

Celebrity Silhouette Spa Tips:

• Make certain to book any Salon and Spa menu of services early -- they tend to fill up quickly. You can book many of the treatments during your online checking process.
• Celebrity Cruises sells "spa certificates" via their web site. However, there is a problem... the spa certificates can only be redeemed once on the ship. When you go to reserve a spa treatment during your online checkin, you must pay for your spa treatment via a credit card when you reserve it. Unfortunately, if you have a spa certificate, you are not able to reserve until you get onboard the ship. This will leave you with a smaller selection of appointment times and services. So, until Celebrity allows you to reserve with a spa certificate during the online checkin process, our advice is to not buy a spa certificate. If you do have a spa certificate, just make certain to go to the spa as soon as possible during embarkation to get your appointment set. (information verified December 2011)
• Be on the lookout for discounts offered for making appointments on the first or second day of the cruise. If you can't make it the day of the discount or if they are full, ask for an appointment at the discount rate for the following day. It doesn't hurt to ask and more often than not, they will honor the discounted price.
• There will be drawings throughout the cruise for free services. Most of the time, you have to be there at the appointed time to win. It is worth showing up. This is especially true on sunny days in port where drawings may be offered before leaving port. Some people will still be off the ship and enjoying the sights. That will increase your odds of winning.
