The main dining rooms onboard Carnival Elation offer starters such as fried shrimp, tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, soups, and salads. Chicken, seafood, beef, vegetarian, and pasta entrees are among main menu selections. Low calorie and light Spa style entrees are also available for the diet conscious. For sweet indulgences, there's ice cream, sherbet, cheeses, pies, and cakes for dessert. The Chef onboard the Carnival Elation does suggest signature menu items, and your staff performs entertaining musical interludes. On Atlantic Deck, Carnival Elation's Inspiration dining room is in the aft of the ship. The Imagination dining room onboard the Carnival Elation is located midship. Both main dining rooms receive great reviews for food quality and staff service.

Breakfast is served from 7:45am to 9:00am. Lunch is from noon to 1:30pm. Early dinner time seating ranges from 5:45pm to 6:15pm, and late dinner seating time is from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.

Tip for Carnival Elation's Main Dining Rooms -- The imagination & The Inspiration

• Breakfast is served from 7:45am to 9:00am. Lunch is from noon to 1:30pm. Early dinner time seating ranges from 5:45pm to 6:15pm, and late dinner time seating is from 8:00pm to 8:30pm. Both of Carnival Elation's restaurants require reservations for dinner.
• For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, casual clothing is OK but no swim wear or shorts are permitted. On one evening of your cruise, elegant attire is recommended for "formal night".
• Meals are no cost, but special beverages, wines, beer, and soft drinks may be purchased via current bar menu.
• When ordering steaks, make sure you state your preferences as the kitchen tends to over-cook meat.
• There are few tables for two available onboard Carnival Elation -- ask the restaurant host.
• The main dining rooms are less crowded than Tiffany's Bar & Grill for breakfast and lunch. Typically, only one main dining room is open for breakfast..

Carnival Cruises Your Time Dining

Throughout your Carnival Elation cruise, you'll be able to savor cuisine as you wish on your time! From 5:45pm to 9:30pm, both main dining rooms provide first come, first serve seating.
