Emile's Lido Buffet onboard the Carnival Liberty
For casual indoor and outdoor dining, Emile's Restaurant onboard Carnival Liberty is a popular option. Located mid ship on Lido Deck, this restaurant has a grand buffet with carving stations, and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Emile's is typically busy during breakfast and lunch, and offers quick meal alternatives to include salads, burgers, and Asian wok selections. While Emile's is open from 7:00am to midnight, it does offer a 24 hour pizzeria and deli sandwich board. Breakfast and lunch are self service, but after 6:00pm, service at your table begins. The dinner menu includes salads, pasta, chicken, shrimp, and steaks. There's no cost for food, but soft drinks, specialty drinks, wine, and beer are available for purchase from the current bar menu.

Emile's Pizzeria station has fresh, hot pizza 24 hours a day and is a great alternative for after hours appetites and following those long shore excursion days!
Guy's Burger Joint:
Guy Fieri, renowned Food Network chef, has his own Guy's Burger Joint located on Lido Deck of the Carnival Liberty! This is where you'll find a fine selection of savory burgers, hand-cut fries, and an array of condiments to suit your tastebuds! Food is complimentary, but soft drinks, wine, beer, and specialty drinks are at current menu prices. Guy's is open for lunch, snacks, and evening meals, and we suggest you check onboard for hours open.
Blue Iguana Cantina:
Burritos and tacos are house specialties, and you'll see the Blue Iguana Cantina tortilla machine at work as you order your choice of ingredients that include beef, chicken, and pork with a nice selection of trimmings! The Cantina is open for snacks, lunch, and supper on Lido Deck. Food is complimentary, but specialty drinks, soft drinks, wine, and beer are at current menu prices.

Emile's does not require reservations and is a casual dining alternative to the main dining rooms. Finding a table is usually not a concern, but lines for cook-to-order can be long during breakfast and lunch.
While the buffet does include Georges Blanc signature entrees, buffet reviews suggest not everyone is thrilled with the warmth of the food.
If you want to get away from the crowds, The Silver is a better choice.
