Carnival Cruises Chef's Table

Carnival Cruise Lines has recently introduced a unique dining experience aptly named “The Chef’s Table”. Limited to 12 guests, the Head Chef hosts a seven course dinner menu served with wine pairings for every course -- truly an extraordinary dining experience.

One of the courses, usually an appetizer, will be the Head Chef’s own creation. Other courses feature master chef recipes from around the Carnival fleet. Cocktail and hors d’ouevres begin the evening and a personalized tour of the galley given by the head chef bring a unique perspective that can only come from the “Chef de Cuisine”. Different venues for this unique gastronomic indulgence vary and can include the Library, Conference Room or even the galley itself.

The program is announced in the Main Dining Rooms during the first couple of days of the cruise. Recent reports have indicated that Sea Bass or Filet Mignon is the choice for the main course. The Maître D will have more information on the Chef’s Table specific to your particular cruise.

The Chef’s Table program is currently available on the following ships: Carnival Dream, Carnival Ecstasy, Carnival Liberty and Carnival Sensation. The program is being introduced to the following ships: Carnival Imagination, Carnival Inspiration, Carnival Pride and the Carnival Fascination.

The program can be booked onboard at the Guest Service Desk. The cost is $75 per person.
